Maybe... But there is always one dude, Any console can get hacked, Using Flashcart, chip or anithing, but any crazy person that wanna get illegal money will make it ;D

It WILL get hacked. Every console released has been hacked. What makes 3DS so special? I can see the games being pretty big though. That might be problematic, in terms of getting a well sized memory card.

Exactly. Just cause it has the DS name, people automatically assume it's another re-hash.~3D Graphics without the need for glasses (This should be reason enough to buy it)

~Most definitely a more powerful CPU (probably matching GC)
~Will be backwards compatible with ALL DS games (Which leads me to believe that our flashcarts will probably work with the system (unless Nintendo does something epic)

A game system has a finished life (it could also be 5 or even 10 years, but it's finished) after that is replaced to create new products.. And sells. So it was pretty clear even before the 3DS announcement that something was in the making
