DESMUME Problem

I have a decent PC config
2GB RAM,
Nvidia GT430
i3 3.09When I play DESMUME it goes normal for some time and after some time it starts lagging. Any suggestions?

(Can you remove all those caps... they are kinda annoying)Which game do you use man?
