Dead Rising 2 or Off the Record?

So Dead Rising 2 is sold for only 995 Philippine Pesos (23 dollars) while Off the Record is sold for 1495 (35 dollars).
Then there's a double pack, two for the price of 2100 pesos (49 dollars).Which one should I buy? :-\
