hey guys, I have a ttds now that just keeps freezing and to top it off, today it decides to quit totally. 1st thing is that I know is was a real one, and I was using a microsd by kingston.anyways, i am looking at the Cyclo DS. reading from the form threads, it looks to be a great card. Will I be happy with this card? Can I do more with it than the TTDS?

You will be happy with the CycloDS. High compatibility, certain enhanced features like Real Time Save, Slow Motion, in game Text reader. It doesn't support the DSi though, so if you have, or plan on having, a DSi, you will need a good DSi card like the Acekard 2i (which works on DS Lite as well).

cyclo is the best and if you buy a gba expansion pack it has built-in software for it
it's better than my r4

For non DSi's I'd say go with an Acekard 2.1, The AKAIO firmware (from my experience) is the best out there and has very high compatibility, even with Bowser's Inside Story which alot of people have been having trouble with.

What about the iplayer? I am hearing good things about it, plus it has a GBA emulator.

iPlayer can't play commercial games. All you've been hearing is that it is the only slot-1 card that plays GBA, because that's all it really can do. And it plays media and homebrew, but that's it.Personally, I love my Acekard, but the CycloDS is better.
CycloDS has RTS, media playing capability, high compatibility, EZFlash works, etc. The CycloDS is thirty bucks more expensive though.
