Cyclo DS website

So...I am trying to buy new flashcard (Acekard will not accept back faulty acekard 2.1-aka cover for the 1 year warrenty)...and decided to go cyclo, based on recommendations.
The thing is when I went to check there website all I'm getting isBandwidth Limit Exceeded
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to the site owner reaching his/her bandwidth limit. Please try again later.

Apache/1.3.41 Server at www.cyclopsds.com Port 80....This. I tried again later with same result...does anyone know wha't going on?
I am nervous about buying after what happen with acekard 2.1

they just ran out of bandwidth, the site will be back up next month

It seems to come and go every month (they probably have a monthly bandwidth limit and near the end of the month reach it).
