This is just a suggestion as im not a experienced hacker.
Say lets use a english version of paper plane,
If two people on seperate DSi's dump them on here then we find a way to read the code of the rom,
Look for the difference in a number maybe like 1 is DS00089 and one is DS00046 we could get others and change the DS to the specific number.This is just a suggestion and the DS000XX is just an example of code
