Couldn't Find _DS_MENU.DAT

ok, i have the original r4 and i'm using a 2gb micro sd. Just recently i tried to update wood r4 from v1.15 to v1.20. i know i did everything right, (moving _rpg folder and _DS_MENU.DAT to the root of the card. Even so, it still says "Couldn't Find _DS_MENU.DAT".I don't know if this is the cause, but since im using windows 7 starter. instead of saying DAT File, It says HPVideo File, if that's the problem does anyone know how to fix it?Edit : This is what i have at the root of my card :_rpg Folder _DS_MENU.DAT
