Control Panel Error - Help Please

Hey guys. I was just going into my Control Panel in Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit, when I noticed something that I knew wasn't right. I know that people here are very helpful, so hopefully someone can help me. Here is what I see when I go into my Control Panel:

Weird, the icons are messed up and... why is Excel in there?I hope reinstalling Windows 7 helps...Try reinstalling Windows 7

There could be an error in one of those and that messed up Windows 7...

I didn't install any icon packs and I didn't get a disc, as Windows 7 came pre-installed.

Can you maybe change the theme?

Themes != Icons

your icon cache is messed up, try rebooting.

I rebooted it and it didn't work. I ended up trying defraging the hard disk and it seemed to work. Thanks for your help though guys! I really appreciate it a lot.
