Compatible Emulators

So, which Emulators are Compatible with Cheats+SAVING the Pokemon B+W games?
I know Desmume is, but it is a very slow emulator. :)Thanks!

no one Dares to use No$GBA
so we are waiting until modifications on No$GBA are done

Hm. Also, can you explain the Pkmn Modifier to me? :) I've tried it twice and get different results. Lol, I've used it before and it worked I must've forgotten. :(
