Anyone remember the Commodore Vic 20 which came out in the early 80's. It was the first computer I ever bought with a massive memory of 2.5 k. Apparantly, it was the first computer that sold over 1 million units.
Doing a search, it appears that luckyphill also bough the vic 20. Good on yer Phill.
I recall that I was in the market for a computer and my boss suggested I buy a computer that plays games and that's what the vic 20 was, and one of the first games I played on this machine was jelly monsters, which evolved into pacman. In my humble opinion, no pacman style game has ever come up to the standard of jelly monsters. Me and my two daughters were addicted to this game for some time.
