Command and Conquer 4 vs Starcraft 2!

TWO RTS juggernaught!
1)Which one will be more polished-have a lot of attention to details?
2)Which one will run better?
3)Which one will have better story?
4)Which one will have better presentation?

Starcraft 2 all the way. Blizzard for the win.

last RA (or command and conquer) game i played was RA2, the games after that were just pure and utter crap for me, specially the ones with uber graphcis but the game became painfully slow, like Tiberium Wars.Starcraft II all the way!
