Castlevania dawn of sorrow save corrupted

I'm in Subterranean Hell now, but the music is messed up and when i want to kill the boss the game freezes when i enter the boss door.... or leave the level.
I think it's corrupted.... what to do?
I have the E (pal) version of DoS.
