Can't seem to download (I don't mean ESA protected games)

Recently when I try and download anything it always times out and doesnt connect, its always been fine before and I have enough points, I saw about a server change or something, is it to do with this?Just want to know before I start pointlessly messing around with settings or anything :P Can't find any posts about this but I'm sorry if there already is :)

well.. i dont know when was my last visit to this site, tried dloading games and still no luck, my points are piling up and cant seem to use them.

We're dealing with another server crash, we'll have the server online ASAP.
