Remove the No$Zoomer.ini file, along with the No$GBA.ini file.

Huh, that's weird. They are supposed to be in the same folder as NO$GBA.EXE.Redownload your No$GBA installation with all components.

Try enabling your pc file extention and all the end's of files will appear.avi videos
.nds nintendo ds games
.ini infomation files used for emulators
.wav music file
.mp3 mp3 music est, estYou can not see them unless file extention is enabled - winXP ?http://teamtutorials.com/windows-tutorials/show-file-extension-in-windows-xp

That won't fix it. File extentions have nothing to do with how the emulator operates.

First, quotes are fixed.Second, someone with normal IQ should know that a text icon either belongs to an INI file or a TXT file.
Plus No$GBA doesn't create TXT files.
