Which server are you using? The US server was acting up for me so I just used the EU server. Same thing.
H
The US server, oh! i tried the european server and incidentally it works. thanks... haha. Silly question :S
A
Sometimes one is faster for me than the other. :PJust depends on the time of day due to the traffic of downloaders.

The US Server has been really acting up badly the past couple days.
Downloads wont start and even if they do they max out at lik 60-80k/s at best even as a premium member.
The EU server is the one i use mostly even though it also has been going slower than normal for me. (250-400k/s instead of 800-1200k/s)
H
my downloads are usually in the 100-150k/s range either way... haha. But over a thousand k/s is intense. :D

My cable company recently doubled all the internet package speeds for free. It is nice being able to download things at almost 1.5MB/s.

Wish mine had been for free. I Pay over $70/month JUST for internet to get the speeds i get.
Some sites i can break over 2500k/s, sadly it's not very often since most places are capped well below that.
RU's premium cap is fairly low most of the time. (not saying it's a set cap, but probably just a server maximum)
Even so, i enjoy the perks of being a Premium member.

I sometimes notice that there is only standing:[no picture]
US server KB/sOr something like that.
Then I try downloading, and Opera gives an error.I am curious what Seph (or whoever) did this time ::)
S
It's not always a persons fault. The US server is having some issues that's causing it to slow down loads and only output 200mbit/sec. I have been investigating why this is all day. If it shows no download speed then that's because it's currently not available.

I have had that the EU said "KB/s" (with no speed) and it had unlimited speed when downloading...
Anyways, if it is 200 MB/s it could hold 800.000 people with 250 KB/s (if my calculating is right).

Megabit and Megabyte are not the same thing.

then you're stupid. A megabyte is 8 times bigger than a megabit.

My dad told me that, but never learned it :P
