Can't download psx roms

Not sure if this is the right section but...
I've tried to download PSX games for a while now. Each time I do on the server to download (North American), it leads to "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage".
I'm wondering if it's the fact that there is no more PSX roms or it's a server problem or simply my internet.
If someone could tell/help me, I'd really apreciate it. :)EDIT: I've even tried on Google Chrome. No luck.

It's a server problem, it's been a problem for the past few weeks. It will be fixed whenever.

Alright, thanks. I guess I'll just have to be patient ^^(And a thanks to the admin that moved this to the right section)

Yea i have this problem too

The North American Download server is still down as the admins are still fixing it, so in the mean time we should just be patient :)
