Cant download keep getting error

I keep getting error message
Couldn't connect to host 54.175.215.181 by user romu. Connection timed outIv tried different browsers and allow cookies and with and without download manager.

Could it be related to the maintenance work (whatever it was being fixed/updated) by Seph earlier (roughly 11 hours ago)?
Yeah... I've been around since 15-16 hours ago staring at an almost vacant forum (since Seph was the only other person I saw online for few minutes this morning), listening to the chirping crickets on youtube for most of the hour. Site was inaccessible for few minutes at that time, was a quick one.Server 2 in paroxysm?

I still can't download anything since last night's update.

Admin are trying to fix it. They need to coordinate from 2 ends of the globe. Please be patient.
