Can't download anything

I use 2 different download managers that have worked in the past, Internet Download Manager and Download Accelerator Manager. They both get stuck at the "Initializing, Please Wait..." pop-up, and I have even turned them off and tried to do it the old fashioned way, no luck there either. Just thought I'd throw that out there to see if it's just a problem only I'm having or if it's a bug or whatever. If it matters I was trying to download Tales of Destiny 2, disc 2. I also tried a random GBA game and it went the same way. And I also have around 3000 points so that's no the problem either.Thanks for any responses.

US server was down, the Europe one would have worked fine.

How would using another download manager help when the download server is down?

Oh, the Europe server completely slipped my mind....Well, I just got it saved into my download manager fine, so thanks. I'll know next time. =DI've got another curious question though. I've never used the Europe server before so will it be the EU version of the game or still the US version? Probably a dumb question, just thought I'd ask.Thanks again.
