Hello. I'm a very new member and I've been trying to download games but all I get is a white screen when I click on the icon for downloading from the US server. I haven't been able to download anything because of this issue. Would anyone happen to know what may be causing this problem and what I can do to get around it? Oh okay. I don't know if this is very important but while I was waiting, I noticed that my time reads 7:52 but the Romulation clock reads 12:51:38 and I just got 100 points added to my account because of it. Could that be part of the issue?

no. You get awarded points at midnight server time. Your local time has nothing to do with it.
