Can't access my account

I have been a member for a while (over 6000 points), and this morning i can no longer access my account. I have tried recuperating my password using the automated system but I never receive the e-mails even though I tried several times. Is it because it is a hotmail ([email protected]) account? I have used it up until yesterday without any problems. Anyhow, I signed up again, using gmail this time (hotmail no longer works) but I am wondering if my old account was hijacked or something and if it were possible to get back those points.

hotmail has problems receiving our emails, we don't think there is anything we can do about this.

Ok, thanks. So I guess I have an account floating around here that I can't access because I don't remember my password. And I can't acces it so you might as well delete it. The associated e-mail with that account was [email protected].

Or we could just change the email of that account to your new gmail and you can re-request the password. That requires we delete your new one though.

OK I was able to access my old account. I remembered the password. You may cancel my new account. It is gbands.
