Vertex Shader Ver.: Required - 3.0 , You have - 0.0
Pixel Shader Ver.: Required - 3.0 , You have - 0.0BUT I just played AC with high graphics... Bug?
And this happened when I downloaded Ati's latest upgrade...

what is your video card?

No no ,game works.
I just tried another time.
It needs a complete restart for it to read my update. I did. It's fine. Thanks anyways...

Sites like that try to poll data from your PC and use it. Some programs like firewalls and anti-script software, browsers, etc. block it, making them unreliable. Those sites are pretty much worthless, the best thing you can do is look up the requirements yourself (usually on the game box or website) and cross reference them against the specs of your computer (just look it up).
