Can we post/discuss roms for NFC figurines like Amiibos or Skylanders?

Now that there are devices that can emulate them, it is possible to download a rom of a figurine onto the device and use it as if it's the actual figurine. Is discussing them and posting roms allowed? They are not game roms, which I think may be the major sticking point as I don't exactly know what they are classified. Thanks

I don't think its something we're going to host on the main site but if you want to put them in the share section with an explanation of how to use them, go ahead.
