My brother sent me his old computer. a 7600GT AGP and pentium 4 3.0 GHZ processor with supported motherboard. I know it sucks which is why I was going to replace the graphics card anyway but my dad doesn't get his pay until a month from now so was just wondering can this card play most high-end games on the lowest possible settings? I have bioshock, assassin's creed 1 & 2, oblivion and fallout 3. I was wondering if it can play most or even all of these on lowest and reach up to at least 40 FPS.
EDIT: oh forgot. my processor is pentium D (or IV if you want) at 3.0 GHZ. just if you were wondering
