Can some1 help me with the ROMs download?

When i download the game, do i open the file or save?
After that wat do i do?

First, decide what type of games you want to play. Nintendo DS? Nintendo GBA? Playstation? Dreamcast? SNES? NES? Sega? Then go to http://www.emulator-zone.com/ and look at what emulators are available for the system you wish to play. Download that emulator. Then go to https://www.romulation.org/ and click "downloads" and find the game you want to play.

I'm afraid you'll have to be more elaborate on what your problem is.

Always save the file. Then you'll likely have to extract the file.
