Can my PC run the Dolphin emulator well? :O Click for the system info.

OS : Windows 7
Processor : Intel Core i7
RAM : 4 GB
Graphics : ATI Radeon HD 4650I want to know if the Gamecube Roms will run smoothly on this PC or not... If not, please suggest the improvements that can be made. Thanks in advance.
