Can I play Pokemon FireRed on my DS?

Yes it is possible. You have to get yourself the Slot-2 device called EZ Flash V 3 in 1. It will work with your R4 to load GBA roms.

yep no other way, as raysie said you need a slot 2 device so i would consider buying a ezflash 3 in 1 (unless you have a dsi)

You can use a GBA emulator for your PC to play instead, GBA emulation on the PC is nearly 100% perfect.Visual Boy Advanced is a good one.

now all you gotta do is buy another flashcart called iplayer. It has an emulator called (i forgot the name) download it put the rom in your iplayer and play the game without buying ezv 3 in one
