Burning games onto CD help?

I got tekken 3 from Romulation, it came with a bin and cue file. You can play the bin file in the emulator. But when I try and burn it onto a CD the playstation cant read it... wtf? I've already wasted 3 cds. I use ultraiso. Ive used ultraiso and it worked (FUTURE COP LAPD) maybe its the cue file? what do you suggest? UltraISO is SHIT. use imgburn, burn at the slowest possible speed and make sure you use branded media such as TDK or Verbatim.

really? anyway ill try imgburn. when i read the disc it says theirs nothing on it...
