brigandine - legend of forsena

okay sorry. im using psx1.13 emulator to run my ps1 games. I downloaded the game, Brigandine - Legend of Forsena. However, the game does not allow me to choose the country which i want to use. At the start screen, it only allows me to choose the game difficulty. Is it a problem with the game? I do not want to use Iscalios only. Thanks for any help!

Please write in full English sentences; with spaces in the correct places and no abbreviated words. I am having great difficulty in understanding what you have written.

This is your second warning; DO NOT ABBREVIATE WORDS ('any1' is not allowed) . The game may only have one language.
