Bought points an hour ago and have not recieved points yet

Hello my name's Nate and I bought 1500 points for $15 using my paypal account and have not received the points. It said it would take an hour to transfer the points to my account but I have waited and have not received any points yet. Can somebody please help me with this!Thanks
