blue screen crash

my pc just crashed twice. it said paged error in unpaged area, or was it unpaged error in paged area? damn memory ::)
this was whilst i was using my xp partition, my win 7 partition has no problems.
what could have caused this?
im not doing anything different on 7, all im doing is using firefox

i have now. AVG shows nothing

page fault in unpaged area means your ram is going bad.

ah yes that could be it, ive just put another in a few days ago.
strange that its only on xp though, ive used 7 for days with no problems
