Black screen when bottings DSTwo.

When I received my DSTwo, there were games and other files already loaded into the card. The firmware was chinese so I decided to change it.I downloaded the files off of the official site, copied them into the SD card, booted up my DS and pressed the Fish Tycoon icon. The screen just goes blank. I formatted the SD card and loaded the firmware on there again and it's still the same.I'm using a DS Lite and a 2 gb sandisk microsd card. The DSTwo is new.The paper trick doesn't really work either.EDIT: Problem probably solved. It's a Chinese cart which probably requires the Chinese kernel.

are you sure try downloading the multi language menu from there site and then choose english that might work

I had to download the chinese kernel instead of the english one.

Naw. I just replaced the english files with the chinese files.
