Big problem with R4 SDHC!!

Hi,I looked at the cover of it and was thinking by myself lets install woodr4... and it failed!
But now _ds_menu.dat is gone and how to get it back?

Jonez001 doesnt have an SuperCard DSTWO!
And it dindt work for Yoshi2889 because he uses an Micro SDHC card! (you need an Micro SD card)

R4 isn't compatible with 4GB is it?First you make arguments that DSi ROMs on R4 is possible and now you mention that 4GB is no SDHC?I'm sorry but those two are completely impossible and false.I've never seen a 4GB non-SDHC card.
