Not really, there are quite a few FPS in general on the PS3, but there are also a lot of sports games, some rpgs, etc.

What the hell? PS2 qualifies since it was released between 2000-2009. It still lives today.

I'm more of a Nintendo guy myself, so I was (and still sorta am) more into cartoonish looking characters.
except the psp i have some of those.
The PS2 did not entrigue me
back then since i taught that it was too complicated (the controls as well as the game play) :P
I like rgp's as well, but im not basing my decision on that alone as you can see...

The GCN and PS2 have around the same amount of buttons lol. The reason you always see War games ads is because their companies love advertising them, if other companies put as much into advertising then you would see ads for them too. Like when i would see the awesome SSB commercial on tv for the N64, and the Mario Party 1 commercial.

i wanted to make a topic on the best console, although it's pointless to make a topic on the matter as most of the people on romu are kids or teens (some adults), therefore the gamecube would not get the recognition it deserves...
