Download the latest version of no$gba, 2.6a and no$zoomer 2.3.0.2.
https://www.romulation.org/forum/index.php?topic=1462.0Save problem only occurred when you're using the old version of no$gba,
where you have to set it manually for certain games.
The latest one, 2.6a was set to 'Auto'.No$zoomer is an addon for the no$gba, which make the screen(top and bottom) twice bigger,
and add some graphic fixes on certain games.

If you still can't save the game,
Redownload the files again, from the above link.
