Are the people who work on YSmenu for DSTT still gone?

So a few weeks ago, the people who update the firmware for DSTT quit because people kept on complaining about the Pokemon B&W patch not being released quick enough so the team quit. Which makes me mad, since Pokemon B&W isn't that great of a game, at all.Is the team permanently gone?
