SlicedandDicedyes its very risky so you have to ask a Computer engineer to do it. Luckyly for me i have a friend whos in that line of work. But your right i shouldn't have recommended that
its risky whoever does it. And because of that, nobody should ever overclock someone else's computer. Doing it to your own is one thing because by doing so you are accepting that you could damage the components. Do you really want to risk damaging/destroying someone else's computer?

I'm only suggesting one Posible way to fix it. I'm not telling them to do it. I took the risk because i trusted the guy and his more qualified to do the job. And if he did FUCK UP, i can fix/replace any damage done. I mean i made my computer Out of old parts(which is way cheaper than buying one premade). So i had a "safety net". And yes i can build a computer. But i suck at software stuff cause thats a different Ball Game

It's a possibility but once you weigh the consequences, you're better off without.

I'm playing it, slight choppiness in the hubs but nothing over the top considering I'm running it nearly maxed. And I LOVE it.

Try turning off V-Sync. I believe games some games adjusts the FPS to avoid screen tearing.
