Anyone has Pokemon SS Clean Rom?

i wanna Patch it to Dutch,
but i dont have the clean rom
does anyone have it?Pokemon Soul Silver Xenophobia

You can patch it anyway, AP patched or not...But if you mean that you don't have the ROM at all, I can get a link for you in a few minutes.EDIT: Got by googling.
