the dentist that i should floss daily to prevent gum bleeding... she demonstrate abit on how to do it... but when i try to do it myself i have trouble reaching the tooth on the top row (especially the back)...so anyone here can give some tips?...

Try brushing your gums as well as your teeth, that'll help with the bleeding.
As for flossing, take it slowly I guess.

look like i have to get those floss wand thingy (i knwo a place that see 80 of those for only 5 buck), i try again today, i really cant reach them....
