You can download 3DS games, but you can't run them on your computer.There's a few cards that can play them on your console, but no emulator for computers as of now.

Jhon 591Btw with knowing text starting in hex, it was a converted xbox emulator as 3ds and a bunch of real PSX / PSX mixed BIOSes , A pile of mixed junk put together .Ausdog thought it was real also xd.
