legendary starfy
pokemon
world ends with you
wario ware touched
ff cc rings of fate
ff cc echoes of time
zelda
ff chocobo tales
metroid prime
phoenix wright series
ff III + IV

Soma Bringer would be a great game for you. Pretty easy to find the translation patch if you google it

Miami Law, which is like Phoenix Wright
NInja Gaiden, which is action touch based (kinda like zelda)
Time Hollow, another great game similar to Phoenix Wright
I suggest you try some of the Dragon Quests, they are all good. Tired, can't think of any more ill edit later if i find more.

Trauma Center Series
Super Mario 64 DS
Professor Layton and the Curious Village
Mario Cart (one of the best games EVER...at least for NDS)
Mario and Luigi Partners in Time (if you like this one then you will love Super Star Sega)
No promises on these but maybe you might like COD DS games
Like said above, will edit if I can think of some more...
