Antipiracy issue?

I'm trying to play Taiko no Tatsujin: Dororon! Youkai Daikessen!! on my DS, but whenever I start up the game the audio is very staticky and it's extremely annoying, making gameplay difficult.
I downloaded the ROM from this thread: http://forum.romulation.net/index.php?topic=44212.0I'm using the latest Wood R4.
What can I do to fix this issue?

Did you download the patched rom in the spoiler tag ?..

Open your ROM with a hex-editor like HxD portablehttp://www.pendriveapps.com/hxd-portable-hex-editorYou see on that image on the left side, they is a , offset (h) scoll down to 00004420 in offset (h)And if you see this in the data you know for sure if it is patched.

This is the fix for this game, Don't know if the AP is the sound though.If not you can copy/paste that data over the over data by at start of the offset address ^ .

Maybe there is a problem with Wood R4 applying the bypass and there is already a patch on it...
Try a clean version.

This error happens both on patched and unpatched files of the game.
