Just make your own iso?Or don't you know HOW to rip your own UMD's...all CFW user's can do this on just an empty psp, as in no memory card required (it's a tool you can use, just change the read from memory stick to UMD :P )

well i always perfer to run my game on UMD if i buy it.. otherwise, i'll just download it >.>

Well what a few people do (because it's faster to load an iso) is to rip the game they actually own.Plus for some like you, only way to get the games working, I do this myself, I only keep on UMD if it's quick enough/no change in load speed.
