Anime: Raw, Subbed, or dubbed?

Subbed, but dub anytime
the dubbing industry has been getting better and better with every released anime in America, and those dubs are really top-notch now

As much as I know Raw and Sub are better, I just can't go past Dub. I really don't have the patience to read to try and understand Japanese, so all I'm really left with is the English dub...that really isn't too bad if done correctly.

I watch whatever format I can get my hands on.

that's to bad! but with some routine you should get quiet fast in reading the subs. it's just worth it. because the industry for amine is so much bigger in japan, the actors are so much better. and japanese just sounds great!
for the real feeling, it has to be sub. if you think the english dub is bad, i can tell you the german one's are worse! so if i learned reading english fast, though it's not my mother tongue, you should manage in no time!power

i like tagalog dubs(our language)
but english is meh... maybe because japs and filipinoes are both asians

i like sub, though i cant understand japanese i like the originality of japanese voices (the dubs make the cartoon worse)

It would be raw for me if i knew japanese but alas im still learning so it is subbed, there are only a few shows worth watching in dubbed (fma, naruto, cowboy beebop as examples) but i like the more authentic experiance you get with subbed.

I'l have to say dubbed, Not fan dubs because they SUCK but the pro dubs, Reading subs often distracts me from the actual anime and I miss half the bloody thing >.>

Seriously guys, WHAT HAPPENED TO ASH'S VOICE?!?!
When you get older your voices get... higher? No. Has ash gone through puberty yet (After 10 years of being 10).
Also, where's Misty? (Haven't watched it since the orange league....)

I used to watch it dubbed years ago (and liked it), but I never saw it passed the indigo league. I'm glad I didn't watch it further after seeing what it's become.

subbed for all the good anime 4kids killed, i mean they totally murdered yugioh 5ds and gx and don't get me started on one piece, if they were done with better actors and kept the original music and story without any change what so ever i'll be a dubbed fan. but reading subs save me from reading books

Originality? I've heard the same voice actor do the same voice for atleast 4 animes...

sub for me cause i cant speak japanese lol and not dubbed english cause i like the japanese voices better hehe

Not all dubs are bad, have you seen The Big O, Cowboy Bebop, Eureka Seven or NGE? They all have pretty good dubs, not bad at all. Heck The Big O and Bebop both have amazing dubs.
