AFL Mascot Manor DS help?

What do you have to do on the 3rd level (Deep Chasm)? I have tried walking towards the AFL Shop but all it does is take me back to the main menu. Is it the game or am I missing something?Thanks.

It also does that on NRL Mascot maina.I cant get past the third level too.I dont know what to do.
