A "Questions" Tab, Section Thingy

Well, you know those tab things that say "Anime section, Game Lounge Section" Etc, well i think there should be a "Questions" one. That way if people got any questions they'l just post it there and people can easly answer them. Not like a game or anything but like Genaral questions that make sence and Acceptable ones

put them in General or in Random if they're silly.

everything here is random ! Why would you poke badgers with spoons ?
