A noobish question

How do you get the hacks on a CycloDS evolution for new games, specifically, Pokemon HeartGold

You can download cheats for pokemon HH/SS right here:
http://forum.romulation.net/index.php?topic=37313.msg706016#msg706016You must edit them manualy though

thanks for that huge list, but the problem is that I don't know how to actually put them in lol

Put them in the root of your firmware.

You can also download the CHEAT.DAT (for r4ds) or the USERDAT (YSmenu).
You must put this in the map _system_http://cheats.gbatemp.net

Actually, if you want cheats for the CycloDS, you must download the one called "TEMP_USEREVOCHEATS.zip". You unzip the file and put the "user.evoCheats" file in the CycloDS folder of your microSD. That's all there is to it.Use this link for the latest updates: (1000+ games supported, including Pokemon)
http://cheats.gbatemp.net/Temp/The other files in the list are for other flashcarts, which you don't need to concern yourself with.

I totally forgot that xDI'm sorry!

I tried opening up the link Rayder put up but it timed out apparently, I'll try again later.

Yes, GBATemp is currently haven't issues. It will probably be resolved soon though.
