A game i forgot =/

It's on PSX. I played it and the main character looked like a girl with blue at her right side and red at her right side. She got wings on her hat. It's gameplay is like a 2D Adventure. Do any of you know this game ? I wanna search it =\

Somebody actually asked for that game before ;)https://www.romulation.org/forum/index.php?topic=18749.0
