Are you currently downloading something already?You are only allowed one download at a time for non-premium members.

No I'm not downloading anything, I was trying to download 4271 - A Witchs Tale (U)(OneUp) but both server gaves me that error.

Means someone with your IP is already downloading, perhaps a previous download has not cleared yet, just give it some time and then try again.
