•For the first time lets you play downloaded games without a flashcart on emunand (emunand itself must be system 4.1 - 4.5)
•For the first time you can install DLC for games
•You can ONLY play games that require 4.5 or below (Depending on what system is actually on your 3DS)
•You can ONLY play games that are the same region as your 3DS

I know still beyond my firmware sadly :(But rest of you're info is grate thanks for posing jimmsu :)Do you think .cia and .3ds files are same ?, one for Mario bothers 2 NFO shows it's a .cia file , where rest of 3DS_BigBuleBox games NFOs has .3ds file extention , but strangely both show a similar Game ID hex meaning game data is not much diffrent , It could just be the file extention after all by renaming it.
