120mm case fan, recommendations?

any recommendations for a 120mm fan that can offer modest sound, speed and air.btw, what does the power fan suppose to be used for in your motherboard?

Power fan is for the signal cable from the power supply fan (i.e for RPM monitoring). Not all PSUs have a signal cablefor 120mm fans I would be looking at coolermaster, thermaltake or the vantec stealth series.

Indeed, my dad hasn't had a problem with Coolermaster fans. Dunno about Thermaltake, but they're said to be very good.

what is considered to be a quiet sound level? is it below 30dba, 25dba, ....? what is a near quiet sound level?

vantec stealth fans are virtually silent.

Not sure about that, mine didnt have any..
